CAN CODECHEF CREATE A RATING AND SCORING SYSTEM LIKE CODEFORCES
That way with passing time the questions will now have lesser ratings and hence someone who decides to cheat at the last moment would refrain from doing so or in part stop most of them
ARE COMPANIES REALLY HIRING VIA THE LONG , COOKOFF AND OTHER CONTEST
Can we know the data of how many candidates were actually called for interviews by this companies. Cause Honest Coders give 10 days to work on problems and if the call for interview rates are low and then they might be better of trying someplace else. This is a genuine Question and must be answered
IF COMPANIES ARE REALLY HIRING THEN HOW ARE CANDIDATES SELECTED
if candidates are selected on rank basis and your MOSS checks take a long time sometimes years then won’t you be sending cheaters for interviews instead of deserving ones. And Please Don’t say they will be filtered in the later rounds, because someone who could make it to final round wasn’t even given chance over the cheater.
WHY IS THERE NO DASHBOARD PAGE WHERE U CAN SIMPLY SEE THE STATUS OF APPLICATION TO THE COMPANIES YOU FILLED AT.
Is it too much to ask to have application status of applicants who applied. No one likes missing opportunities or wait until he/she never hears back. This is bad. No hire and then say u weren’t selected.
Finally CAN YOU GUYS NOT DO SOMETHING LIKE KYC (KNOW YOUR CODER) so that you can stop people from multiple accounts and also to stop someone from creating a new account just in case found in cheating.
Now Please don’t talk about the volatile rating system and how someone can get their ratings back easily then making a new account.
USers FOund in plagrism wouldn’t care much to gain ratings over time than just in a month or two (otherwise if they were so talented they wont be cheating) . They will make a new account as Plagrism is shown on their account page and they wanna wash away their past,
