He told me that some people make fake handles during short contests to avoid penalties for WA. So, don’t they feed wrong or partial answers to MOSS?

That’s what you inferred from the question? It’s a straight forward question. So, no I am not asking how to cheat without getting caught (I prefer WA after hours of involvement with the problem rather than feeding off on some random solution that doesn’t come from my mind). Give it another reading, and then try answering the question (or ask if it’s still unclear). Would be thankful.
