What is a set in codechef, the one with team like icon

I discovered an icon that has create team like appearance. It says create a new set. What does it mean? also how can we interact with the set.

Sets let you create a list of people whom you want to follow on CodeChef.
You can add multiple people in sets, and then you can check their standing on ranklist or ratings by applying set filter.
