what is the difference between increasing and non-decreasing order??
Increasing means strictly increasing and there cannot be two equal elements
Non-decreasing means it is greater than or equal to so there can be two equal elements
increasing: 1 3 5 7 9 10
non decreasing: 1 3 5 5 7 9 10 there can be equal
