@admin what to do if no reply is coming from help@codechef.com is there any other mail to contact???
If it is about plagiarism appeal, wait for a couple of weeks to get a reply, as there are hundreds of emails to look at. If it is about reporting cheating in a contest, it might again take a lot of time. But for most other emails, you should get a reply within a week.
