It’s quite understandable that starters are not rated for div2 but why is that even long challenges are not rated for div2?
Due to plagiarism issues long challenges were made unrated for div 2, there is 10 days for cheaters to cheat . While in starters they got 3hrs . That make a lot of difference when you don’t have plagiarism checker in use.
Then CodeChef should work on their plagiarism checkers, as if a cheater wants to cheat he/she can very well do it in 3hrs also (not ranting 
) , also when a contest is rated, it increasing motivation and competitiveness quite a bit
come in div2 u will understand
