Where do yo guys would prefer me to solve ad hoc problems to get fast

Where and how do you guys practice Ad-Hoc, how many problems do you do to get fast at it?
Not to be that dumb beginner but I was not able to find any resource other than codeforces, Atcoder seemed a bit more implementation based, have not tried CC.
Please help me?
