I was solving the November long’s challenge problem, and couldnt find any info regarding which submission is considered to be judged on the complete test data? Is it the one with maximum score in partial judging, or the last submission made by contestant, or are all the submissions judged on complete test data and after that the one with maximum score is chosen?
