I only know c lang and want to learn DSA from basics . is it good to start with this ?

Remember, it won’t ever be good time to start. Don’t think too much start right now. Go to beginner and start solving.

Yup absolutely. You can try this learning series. If you feel question are very tough then try reading hints.
In case if you still don’t get it then open beginner section, sort questions based on difficulty and start practicing.
I would advise you to keep participating in all contests for few months even though you score very less. You will start loving competitive soon
