Why are long challenges only rated for Div 3?

I’m pretty new to codechef and yesterday I stumbled upon this blog
saying that long challenges will only be rated for DIV 3.

Here’s the thing :

In short, every month from 2022 onwards, we will have two separate long contests, rated for Division 3 coders – Long Challenge 1 and Long Challenge 2.

What about Div2 and Div1?

I’m happy about Div3 users but Codechef should also do something for Div2 and Div1.
