what are criteria for downvoting or upvoting an answer in discussion here?
when I was trying to upvote answer then I got the message that I’ve not enough reputation points for doing that…
I also want to mention that earlier I was having some reputation points but due to my curiosity and no experience, I loosed it (awarded to someone mistakenly).

I got it here As mentioned in this I must have 15 reputation points for upvoting and 100 reputations points for downvoting.
I wish I had asked that question.
