Form groups of 5-6 people of varying proficiency and push each other with short term targets. Anyone can help me with forming groups. Would make the excel sheet public after some time. So that they could start making groups who haven’t.

Let’s form groups: And put a Yes in the Group Formed field when you are added. I think huge groups would create chaos. Small ones would be more focussed.
