Wrong answer, still my solution got accepted(CHCBOX)

For the question CHCBOX of March Cookoff,
My solution for the test case-

is giving 0, whereas the answer should be 2. Not only mine, I checked many other solution, they also give 0.
This solution of a user gives the correct answer.
Am I missing something or are the test cases weak?
