Wrongly panalized in a Python test

Describe your issue

I was attempting a python test and my PC showed some popups like “apex error” or some update popups, I was in the middle of the test, trying the test fairly but I got penalized because of popups, I think the system should detect the screen shift or any popup appears in such cases.
