Dear CodeChef Team,
I am writing to formally contest the recent disqualification of my submission in Starters 155, where I was penalized for code similarity with five other participants for one easy question.
With over 2,700 correct submissions for this ques in the contest, it’s likely that my solution matches others purely due to common coding patterns or standard templates used in competitive programming, especially for simpler problems. I can assure you that I did not engage in any form of cheating and have always followed the CodeChef Code of Conduct. An easy question can have similar approach by people which is completely coincidental.Also , if f i am able to solve tougher ques than how can i be flagged for such an easy question that most of the ppl got right .
I respectfully request that you review this decision, as I believe the flagged similarity is coincidental and penalising me with 275 points for a coincidence in an easy question(30 pt ques) will only demoralise me and make me lose interest in codechef nd its contest. Please let me know if further information is required.also i promise to be extra cautious and use weird random variables instead of simple ones in the future .
