Yes, I think it would. It would probably bring down the overall runtime slightly, but the complexity would still be the same in the worst case of N=100, M=100 and K=200.

Update: Apparently anyone with a non-zero score after system testing has been selected for INOI2020. Number of selected students has also been increased from 71 in ZCO2018 to 158 in ZCO2019.

They restrict the internet access to only the INOI question paper on Codechef. Thus, you can’t explore within Codechef too.

The cutoff of ZCO 2020 is not officially out yet.
But, you can always look at the scores of people in the above list and check the list of qualified students and then guess the cutoff
