Mostly yeah

I did not go for ZIO , I am preparing for ZCO. can anybody tell me from where i can get the question papers of this year ZIO.

The question paper and answers to ZIO 2020 will be released by IARCS in about 10 days.

everyone update the scores here

According to me, the expected cutoffs are as follows:

Class 12 - 70
Class 11 - 65
Class 10 - 60
Class 9 - 55
Class 8 and below - 45

ok thanks, is this years question paper easier then previous years. and what will be your choice between ZCO and ZIO after seeing the question paper

It is view only
Pls change it
Thanks

done

you can give both.whats the point of choice

@kshitij_789
Do you want us to put the score based on the answer key provided above ?

yes

I got similar answers , except last one, which i don’t know how to solve…
so i typed something random…

can anyone tell me the algorithm for that ?
well i am giving zco too… I am in 11th

I am sure it cant be 80? Like seriously :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

Do anyone uses any other thing except this forum,
where we can discuss questions

The answer is floor(2×sqrt(n)-1).
Here’s my logic:
Every number from 1 to sqrt(n) produces a different quotient when dividing n, except for sqrt(n) which often produces sqrt(n) itself. Only when n is of the form a×(a+2) does this not happen. This is why the last test case wasn’t exactly like the previous 2. 2808 = 52*54

As much as I would like it if it were 70, I fear that won’t be the case. The paper was too easy and the test cases were too small to not be brute forced

Actually, it was 2*floor(sqrt(n))-1 if floor(n/floor(sqrt(n))) equaled floor(sqrt(n))
This was true for the first 2 cases but in the last case,
floor(sqrt(2808))=52 and
2808/52 = 54
So,the 52nd number in the distinct integers set was 54 and the No’s from 52 to 1 followed.

Actually, it happens for 12 also which is of the form a(a+1).

Is 50 safe for 10th grade?
