i dont remember my answer, tho here are my steps
1)
dp1[i] = k*dp1[i-1] - dp2[i-1]
dp2[i] = dp3[i-1]
dp3[i] = dp1[i-1] - dp2[i-1]
dp1[2] = k*k
dp2[2] = k
dp3[2] = 1
dp1 -> answer
dp2 -> total possible good sets ending with [0, 1]
dp3 -> total possible good set end with 0
