Our college rank is 1st and 1077th overall. What are chances of selection in amritapuri?

How is this possible ? Total seats = 250, cap for top teams = 80, 250-80 = 170. so max 170 teams from unique colleges can be selected ( leaving top 80 teams ) ?
Though I haven’t given ICPC before, I don’t understand how are you calculating it ?

Bro they are calculating on the basis of machine learning. They uses dataset and analyze it and finally predict the result. You can also do the same
