It would be fair if you make both cook-off and lunchtime unrated many of us faced the same kind of difficulties during cook-off as well or you can keep both rated:3.

This was my first constest, I was very happy to have solved more than 1 problem.
Disappointed in this decision but its for the better.

codechef is launching new things every month but their main contests are not running well from two months consecutively . There is no meaning of this type of expansion.
codechef should resolve this problem first and then focus on other things.

Why codechef this unfair decision i have solved 4 questions fully and 1 partially correct in 1st attempt and i am a 1star coder is this fair for me? this is not at all a fair decision.

This is really demotivating . I solved 5 question and felt very great and expect a nice increase in rating but they made it unrated . It is so much demotivating and frustrating to work hard for three hours and then the contest become unrated.

For That they have to create more questions…because half of the problems in div3 are the part of div2 and half of the problems of div2 are the part of div1

it feels like whenever people solve more than expected questions,
codechef be like : no we don’t do that here

Yeah right that’s why in every short contest less than 10 people are able to solve the hardest 2-3 problems, considering the fact that many red and yellow coders of cf participate in these short contests.

This is annoying . cookoff was as same worse as this one , but that went rated . But no worries , next time we hope a better experience with server than this .

It was my first codechef contest. And this experience. I will give feb ling challenge. It its worth it, I will continue giving, else time to move on. Codeforces and Russians are lot better . Ever given editorial within 3 hrs of contest ?

most of the time codechef editorials are published instantly after the contest.
