I think they knowingly made the tough questions ( CCDSAP SCHOLARSHIP SCENE) so that many of students do not manage to pass and hence they apply next time with full fees.
Because the earlier contest which is given on codechef was relatively very easy compared to this one .
@vijju123 can I get my submissions (I want to know why I was getting the run time error) and questions and if possible the editorial .
Maybe because of huge participation they might have raised the bar.

what is minimum marks to pass foundation level exam?
I recently gave the CodeChef certification Exam(CCDSAP Foundation Level). I have secured 350 out of 700.
At the beginning of the test, it was informed that the cutoff was 350. I have doubts about whether I qualified for the same. I know it takes time with the certificates. Could you send a confirmation email for all the students whether they are qualified or not with the marks that they have secured.
Or at least a spreadsheet of students qualified along with the marks like the one you have given at the time of announcing the list of scholarship students.

I applied for expert. And realized its not my cup of tea as I don’t remember centroid-decomposition,convex-hull’s code(heavy implementation) at all.
I hate memorizing. I only like logic.
Also, I was busy with creating projects as companies notice projects on resume .
Wait, Do u mean Centroid-decomposition, convex-hull’s code is memorising, and not logic (or very less logic) 
I disagree from my perspective. U may say it’s heavy implementation and very well thought logic, but if we assume that one goes to expert level exam by memorising these, then I’d say noone can ever qualify the expert level, not even the ones who have already qualifiied it. But well, it’s just my perspective.

I mean heavy implementation. I did not use proper words to describe what I wanted to say…
I think Karan want to say that…so much templates and heavy code required to do the q. in expert level , and in 3hrs ( which is the main point ) and also in expert I think the question which is in advanced is no. 4 is no.1 in expert so more difficult as of now…and obviously only 6 7 people cleared the expert till now…so it’s quite hard

highly depend on templates is a bad practice…In interviews of good companies you are not allowed to use templates…

I can implement all things of interview by myself, what I can’t implement by my own is convex hull,fft and centroid-decomp. And I don’t think interviewer are asking from those topics 
first you need to improve is your code writing…I have no words to describe how terrible it is…
