CodeChef March Long 2020

Actually if the bet becomes that serious, some pro in div1 is going to create an alt just to solve the last problem of div2

The YT link in your profile is invalid. Can you please update that?

Yeah first three problem are not very hard
But rest of problem can make someone cry😭
I have participated in around 7 long challenge but never saw so less accuracy rate from 4th to 8th question.

Thanks.

You are judging the movie just by watching the trailer

I bet less than 500 people will solve Q4 of Div2 Long Challenge

Solve next few problems and then come to a conclusion. XD
This long is a bit difficult for div2 imo. Not so difficult if you try though.
And this long will have more learning value for participants.

same thing used to happen in cookoffs
first few are meaninglessly easy
and the rest are unsolvably tough

but i hope this scenario changes as there are 10 days

it has 16 after 2 days…
the number of submissions will greatly increase in last 2 days
so surely it will cross 100

The mentality of people is hindering here.
Questions are doable if they try.

considering that there were 175 cheaters (only that are caught) in last long div1…
at least half of them would create alts and participate in div 2
so they will contribute to atleast 50 submissions

yes sir…
but if a problem has only 100 submissions it will be not so useful i guess

some are new participants (india or foreign) that deserve div 1
some are the ones that are dropped from div1 to div2
some of them will be alts of div1

so it will be not so useful for normal div2 participants i guess

I think the problem is all the questions are heavy, so it’s a bit hard to debug the codes.

I bet editorials will be ready at most one day after the contest.

I wonder what would be the difficulty level of DIv1 questions according to Codeforces difficulty scale.
I don’t think any of them should be below 2200.
