Best solution is to remove the Game of OR problem and adjust ranklist accordingly. Here is why:
Those teams who didn’t attempt because they found corner-case will be happy with it.
Those teams who got AC during contest, shouldn’t have got an AC then. And even if they knew that, there wasn’t any way they could’ve changed their solution to get it done since there exists none as of now. So it’s not unfair for them as well.
It’s just that few teams got undue advantage during contest by getting AC inspite of wrong solution and few are at disadvantage by not submitting anything. So scraping the problem is the right way to balance it out!
My rank was 1788 according to codechef ranklist…and 1 in my cllg,Is there any chance for selection for onsite round in amritapuri region? As the expected rank list for amritapuri shows it 279.
Yes, I believe. Many applied for both Kanpur and Amrita. They can’t appear on both as it is very difficult to travel in short duration.
People who applied for Amrita would not get train tickets. So, they will not appear.
Pretty good chance I believe.
Umm that’s why there are sample input output cases, did u see leading zeros in those? Or did u see the problem statement had written it somewhere that leading zeros are allowed?
