If they are not participating because they don’t like Codechef short contests then it’s fine.
I have seen many people including my juniors not participating in short contest because they can’t perform well in short contest.

I’ve an idea in my mind, We should choose a algorithm and spend 2-3 days to learn it and then we arrange a contest related to (new) learned algorithm. We spend 5 days for this contest, one/two problem(s) per day. So that we can learn a new algorithm in 7 days…

I want people with whom I can discuss about the solutions of the problems i didn’t understand and vice versa. We can make a Whatsapp group for the same.
