Runtime error when Run, But when submitted it gets Accepted

This happened twice in a while with two problems back to back. I wrote a solution to a problem where it was giving runtime error , then I submitted it anyway got submitted.
I ignored it that time but same problem happened again. Please feel free to help. Thanks.

Are you trying to “Run” without Providing “Custom Input”?

Yes, does that mater. because I often dont use custom input.
