Then they should select everyone who are registered without this primary round.

Questions were really good in last year final round, i remember that the winner mentioned that he was only able to solve one question full and three questions partially.

What is the theme contest below the open contest. Is it necessary to participate in theme contest?

The thing is that they never mentioned that the sum of all n over all test cases are <= max limit.
Or the max time limit of execution…
