What is the role of SES at infosys?

They sent a mail stating the names of the students who got selected from our college on 29th Aug.
Also, they asked to send a mail stating if we are accepting/Rejecting the offer.

Well during the HR round they said I was selected but I have not yet received any mail. They have informed my college but nothing else.

How did u replied that u want to accept the offer? Did u replied on that email?

Yes. They sent an email containing list of selected students from the college.
On last column, we wrote accept and sent it

I sent the reply on 30th August.
Got a mail on 15th Oct that welcome to infosys and we will send you offer letter.
No update since then.

You may ask. But I heard Infosys usually send them late

No, the internship is only for SE. SES have to join directly after graduation.
