Is there any restriction on of which year students can apply for this Google internship and give online coding test? Can 2nd year students apply for the same?
They are open to all, so no referral is required

No , More than 20 people of a group (in which I am added) has got a mail for interview.

I don’t know any of them personally so I don’t know 
No i did not meant to say that I have got the confirmation email, I just mean that others have got that, also since the pic is in my mobile and I am feeling lazy 
I am not able to upload the pics but you can easily check on linkedIn many people have posted their mail for interview.
Daily some people are getting mails.
I think people are getting mails for attending online coding interview nor for interviews. But may be you are correct
