We cannot as far as I know. If the team wanted the ranks to be public they might have displayed it on the page ( Hackerearth Contest Page ). I just know the cutoff is 65%.

My friend was shortlisted and was sent an interview mail just the next day at 8 AM in the morning. I am shortlisted too but have not received any email.
